Buying the licence is the easy part. We design the architecture, migrate your data properly, wire the apps to each other, and get your team actually using it — so you end up with one system that runs your business instead of a sixteenth tool nobody opens.
We have walked into enough half-finished Zoho environments to know how this goes wrong, and it is the same story nearly every time. A company signs up, switches on CRM because that felt urgent, imports a contact list, and stops.
Six months later the CRM has never been connected to Books, so finance still re-keys every closed deal. Desk was never turned on, so support is still paying Zendesk. Nobody built a single Flow, so the automation layer — the entire reason to be on this platform — sits unused. Three of the old subscriptions are still renewing because no one owned the cancellation. The team quietly went back to spreadsheets because the fields did not match how they actually work.
The licence was never the constraint. The constraint is that consolidating a business onto one platform is an operations project wearing a software costume, and it needs someone who has done it before to own the sequence.
The same sequence every time, because the order is what makes it work. Architecture before configuration, migration before automation, adoption before expansion.
We map how your business actually runs today — every system, every hand-off, every spreadsheet doing load-bearing work, and every process that lives only in someone's head. This is where we also tell you honestly which parts of your stack should not move to Zoho.
Before a single app is configured, we design the shared data model: what a customer record contains, how modules relate, which fields are canonical, and what your permission structure looks like. Skipping this step is the single most common cause of a rollout that has to be rebuilt in year two.
Extraction, cleansing, deduplication, and import from Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Xero, Zendesk, or whatever you are on now — with full transaction history where it matters, and a documented decision on what we deliberately leave behind.
The part that earns the licence. Cross-app workflows in Flow, custom applications in Creator for the processes no vendor sells software for, dashboards in Analytics, and connections to the third-party tools you are keeping.
Role-based training so each team learns their workflow rather than sitting through a generic tour. Documented SOPs, an internal admin trained to own the system, and a staged cutover so the business never goes dark.
Ongoing partnership after go-live: new automations as processes change, quarterly reviews of what is actually being used, expansion into the apps you were not ready for on day one, and a line to call when something breaks.
Every engagement is quoted after discovery, because a 20-person services firm and a 200-person multi-entity operation are not the same project. These are the shapes those projects usually take.
Companies starting fresh on Zoho One, or replacing one or two tools rather than an entire stack.
Companies consolidating a real stack — CRM, accounting, support, and HR moving together off multiple vendors.
Companies whose real requirement is a custom operating system — where off-the-shelf configuration is not enough.
Pricing is scoped to your business after a discovery call — we do not quote implementation work off a rate card, because the honest answer depends entirely on how many systems you are leaving, how clean the data is, and how much custom process needs building. You will have a fixed number before any work starts.
Not ready for an implementation partner? That is a perfectly reasonable answer — you can start a free 30-day Zoho One trial and explore it yourself first. Plenty of companies do, and we are happy to talk once you know what you are dealing with.
What companies ask before handing us their operating system.
We are an authorized Zoho affiliate and we implement Zoho One for our clients as a core service. Practically, what matters more than a badge is that we run our own business on Zoho and have migrated companies onto it from Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks, and Zendesk. We will happily walk you through a real environment we have built on a discovery call.
From Zoho, directly. You own the subscription, the data, and the admin account — always. If you sign up through our affiliate link we earn a commission from Zoho at no additional cost to you, which is disclosed at the bottom of every page in this section. Our implementation fee is separate and is what actually pays for the work.
That is a large share of the work we do, and it is a legitimate engagement rather than an embarrassing one. We audit what exists, identify what is salvageable, and rebuild the data model underneath rather than piling more configuration on a broken foundation. It is usually faster than starting over, and always faster than continuing to limp.
Expect a few hours a week from a project sponsor, and two to four hours total from each department lead during discovery and training. We do the configuration, migration, and building. What we cannot outsource from you is the decisions — how your process should work is your call, and the engagements that go badly are the ones where nobody internally was available to make those calls.
Training is a named phase of every engagement, and it is role-based — sales learns the sales workflow, finance learns theirs. You also get written SOPs and at least one internal admin trained to own permissions, fields, and new users, because a system that depends on calling your consultant for every change is a system you do not really own.
Every tier includes a post-launch support window. After that, most clients move to an ongoing arrangement where we act as their fractional Zoho administrator — building new automations as processes change, running quarterly reviews of what is and is not being used, and expanding into apps they were not ready for on day one. Some clients take it fully in-house, which is a perfectly good outcome and one we set you up for.
Yes, and you should keep some. Zoho Flow connects to over a thousand third-party services out of the box, and where it does not reach we build direct API integrations. Consolidating onto Zoho One does not mean abandoning a specialist tool that genuinely outperforms its Zoho equivalent for your business — it means everything else stops being an island.
Fixed fee for the implementation, scoped after a discovery call, with milestone payments. Ongoing support is a monthly retainer sized to how much of our attention you actually need. No hourly billing surprises, and you have the full number before any work begins.
Book a discovery call. We will map your current stack, show you what Zoho One would replace and what it would not, and give you a realistic timeline and number — whether or not you hire us to build it.
Affiliate disclosure. Emerald Beacon is an authorized Zoho affiliate. If you start a Zoho subscription through a link on this page, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. That relationship does not change what we recommend — we implement Zoho because it is the best value in business software we have found, and we will tell you plainly when it is the wrong fit for your business.
