Marketing Leadership You Can Actually Afford
We're Hiring

Build the Future of Marketing With Us

We're not just another agency. We're building something different — a team of senior marketers who care more about results than reports. If that sounds like you, we want to talk.

A Team That Actually Gives a Damn

We're lean, we're fast, and we hold ourselves to a higher standard. Here's what it's like to work with us.

Results Over Politics

We don't care about optics. We care about outcomes. If a campaign isn't working, we say so and we fix it. No ego, no finger-pointing.

AI-Forward Thinking

We use AI to amplify our work, not replace it. You'll have access to cutting-edge tools and the autonomy to experiment with how you use them.

Real Ownership

You won't be a cog in a machine. You'll own client relationships, make strategic decisions, and see the direct impact of your work on real businesses.

This isn't a set-it-and-forget-it role. You'll need to be proactive, detail-oriented, and obsessed with delivering results that actually move the needle for our clients' businesses.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of client advertising accounts across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and other paid platforms
  • Build, launch, and optimize ad campaigns with a focus on lead generation and ROAS

  • Excellent client communication skills — you can explain complex data in simple terms
  • Experience with campaign reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar)
  • A data-driven mindset — you make decisions based on performance, not gut feelings
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management habits
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

Nice to Have

  • Google Ads certification
  • Experience with programmatic advertising or LinkedIn Ads
  • Agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization

Career FAQs

What it's like to work at Emerald Beacon.

Yes, we're a remote-first company. Our team is distributed across multiple time zones. We use async communication and scheduled sync meetings to collaborate effectively. That said, we do value in-person connection — we host team meetups and encourage local co-working when possible.

Our process typically includes: (1) Initial application review, (2) Intro call with our team to discuss your background and goals, (3) Skills assessment or case study relevant to the role, (4) Final interview with leadership. We aim to move quickly and keep you informed at every step. Most processes complete within 2-3 weeks.

We're heavy users of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney), modern marketing platforms (HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush), and collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Loom). We're always exploring new technology and encourage experimentation. If you're excited about AI and its applications in marketing, you'll fit right in.

We occasionally offer internships and junior roles, especially for candidates who show strong initiative and a genuine interest in AI-powered marketing. If you don't see a perfect fit in our current openings but believe you'd add value, submit a general application and tell us what you bring to the table.

We value results over hours, ownership over tasks, and honesty over politics. We move fast, embrace AI, and aren't afraid to try new approaches. We're a small team, which means high impact and high visibility — your work matters from day one. We also believe in work-life balance and sustainable pace. No burnout culture here.
